At Jo’s Garage, we specialize in advanced drivetrain installations, swaps, and integrations primarily on classic racecars. To complete these installations, we design, manufacture, calibrate, and refine parts and systems to make these conversions possible. We are looking for passionate automotive enthusiasts, with some level of automotive knowledge, that are enthusiastic about solving difficult problems as a team and as an individual.
CREATE ANYTHING
We receive a wide variety of requests from our clients that require our employees to tackle new problems and learn new concepts to complete an installation; whether we need to integrate a monster engine, add infotainment to the interior, or fabricate a custom exhaust, members of our team must be willing to put in the effort required to produce a professional and prestigious result.
To learn new concepts and create a cohesive vehicle, we encourage each employee to solve smaller roadblocks, that are confidently within their knowledge and abilities, on their own. As lesser-understood issues and major roadblocks occur, the team comes together to decide on the next steps to take and work toward a final solution that upholds the quality standards we expect. Each person does not need to know how to do every single thing, but we create the most cohesive vehicles when our machinists are interested in what the techs are building, and the techs are interested in what the welders are fabricating, etc. We are a small company of car enthusiasts who are eager to design and build high quality automobiles in house from start to finish.
